At a time in the journey I took on the title Concierge and never lost the passion for the discovery and sharing that came with that role. Helping others has always been at the core of what I’ve done but when it's personalized like the role of the concierge it hits a deeper level and sticks.
Seeing the operations and growth of the biggest brands in the world for most of my career gave me a passion for the brand building, story and the nuances. Picture the sense of arrival on your drive when you feel when turn the corner and the foliage frames the entrance of a beautiful resort and you’re greeted with warmth. The favourite cake slice that awaits in your room when you arrive not because it’s your birthday, but because someone cared enough to notice and remember.

For years I worked behind the scenes of global brands, running guest services, leading teams, managing operations, and chasing the next performance goal. What stayed with me was the human side of it all. Helping people feel seen. Creating memories that last. It took me many years and many lessons to learn this.
