From your Clarity Call to the delivery of your findings document, most audits are completed within five to seven business days. We schedule a findings walkthrough within two to three days of delivery. The full process is typically complete in under two weeks.

What do I need to prepare or bring to it?

Once your audit is confirmed, we send you a short preparation guide so you arrive with the right clarity, not a presentation, just an honest picture of where your business is right now. The audit works best when you can speak openly to what is working, what is not, and what you want to be true six months from now.

You receive the document and we schedule a call to walk through it together. After that, the decision is yours. Some operators take the findings and implement on their own. Others scope an engagement with us based on exactly what the audit surfaces. There is no pressure in either direction.

Do I have to commit to ongoing work afterward?
