Getting Started

The first conversation.

Where most brands begin, and what to expect when you reach out.

How do I book a Clarity Call?

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute Clarity Call. You can book directly from our Contact page. Miles runs every Clarity Call personally. There is no automated follow-up pitch deck and no obligation to continue after the call.

What's the difference between a Clarity Call and the Concierge Brand Audit?

The Clarity Call is free and diagnostic: 30 minutes with Miles to surface one or two clear observations about where your brand is losing visibility or momentum. The Concierge Brand Audit is the paid engagement that takes those observations and goes deep, mapping the full picture across your website, GBP, content, and digital footprint, then naming the two or three highest-leverage moves.

Where are you based and how do you work with clients?

Wondering Concierge is based in Ontario, Canada, and we work with clients across North America. Most engagements run remotely with regular calls, shared documents, and collaborative planning. When the opportunity fits, we also visit properties in person, which is often where the richest strategy work happens.

Is this right for me if my business is newer?

Yes. Whether you've been operating for a year or you're still preparing to launch, the Clarity Call adapts to where you are. For established brands, the focus is visibility and growth. For pre-launch founders, it's positioning, foundations, and the early moves that make launch smoother.

Services & Scope

What we build and who we build it for.

Which engagements fit your situation, and how we approach them.

Do you work exclusively with hospitality and wellness brands?

We specialize in boutique hospitality and wellness brands, and the same strategies apply to any service business that depends on being found online. Plumbers, landscapers, studios, and clinics all benefit from the same foundations: a clear brand story, a strong website, an optimized Google Business Profile, AI search visibility, and entity consistency across every platform.

Can I start with one service or do I need the full engagement?

You can start with any service that fits your most pressing need. Some brands begin with brand strategy because their story isn't landing. Others start with Search Everywhere Optimization because visibility is the gap. The Clarity Call and Concierge Brand Audit identify the right starting point rather than selling you on a full stack you don't need yet.

Do I need brand strategy before we build a website?

Yes. A website built without clear positioning is just a placeholder. It looks professional but it does not do the work of attracting and qualifying the right guests. Strategy first means the build has a job to do from day one.

How long does it take to build a hospitality website?

The build itself is not the slow part. Once strategy and audit are complete, a focused site can ship in two to three weeks. A comprehensive hospitality site with multiple service pages, booking system integration, and Search Everywhere Optimization typically runs six to ten weeks from audit to launch, with most of that time in audit and strategy.

Can you build landing pages and funnels for ad campaigns or launches?

Yes. Landing pages and funnel pages are a core part of what we build. When you are running ad campaigns, launching a new offer, or capturing leads for a specific audience, a dedicated landing page converts far better than sending traffic to the homepage. These can be built as part of a full website engagement or as standalone projects.

Do you offer AI workshops for our internal team?

Yes. Our AI Workshops give your team practical tools to work AI into their daily workflow, from marketing and content to operations and guest experience. The goal is not to replace people with AI, but to give your team leverage so they can do in hours what used to take weeks, without losing the craft that makes your brand premium. Sessions are tailored to your team's current skill level and the tools that fit your business.

Process & Timeline

What engagements actually look like.

How we work, what you contribute, and what happens after launch.

Do I need to redesign my whole site or can you improve what I have?

It depends on what exists. In most cases, the right move is to stay on your existing domain and improve from there. Search equity and ranking history live on your current site, so migrating to a new platform can cost months of visibility if handled carelessly. When the platform itself is fighting the work, a rebuild makes sense.

How long does it take to see results from SEO?

Google SEO typically shows measurable movement in three to six months, with compounding gains over the following year. Google Business Profile visibility can improve within weeks for low-competition searches. Social platform visibility requires consistent posting: most brands start building real discoverability around the 90-day mark of sustained activity. Patience and consistency are the strategy.

What do I need to provide before the build starts?

The audit handles most of the discovery work. Beyond that, you will need access to your existing digital assets, high-quality photography of your property or experience, and time for two to three working sessions where we align on messaging. If any of those pieces are a gap, we can connect you with trusted partners from our network who understand boutique hospitality.

What happens after the site launches?

Launch is the beginning. The site is indexed, the foundation is in place, and the conversion architecture is live. What happens next depends on the ongoing work: resource and blog content to build topical authority, link building to raise domain credibility, monthly performance review, and platform optimization as search behaviour evolves. A site that sits still after launch slowly loses the ground it built.

SEO, AI Search & Visibility

Where your guests actually find you.

How search has changed and what matters most for boutique brands right now.

What is Search Everywhere Optimization and how is it different from regular SEO?

Traditional SEO focuses on Google rankings through keywords and backlinks. Search Everywhere Optimization treats search as a multi-platform behaviour: your next guest might find you through ChatGPT, TikTok, Instagram, Google Maps, or Perplexity before they ever open a search engine. We build and coordinate presence across every platform where your guests are searching as one system.

Does my hospitality or wellness brand really need to show up on AI platforms like ChatGPT?

Yes, and the window to build that presence early is now. AI platforms are already influencing booking decisions for a growing share of guests, particularly for experience-based categories like wellness retreats, Nordic spas, and boutique accommodations. Brands that establish strong entity signals today will be the ones AI systems cite for years to come.

Is Google Business Profile actually free?

Yes. Google Business Profile is completely free to claim and manage. There is no paid tier that improves your organic ranking. Google does offer paid advertising through Google Ads, but your GBP listing itself is not a pay-to-play product. The investment required is time, consistency, and strategic attention, not budget.

Explore GBP ›

What is the single most important thing I can do to improve my GBP?

If you can only do one thing, get more reviews and respond to all of them. Reviews are the most visible social proof on your profile and contain natural-language mentions of your services that reinforce relevance, one of Google's three local ranking factors alongside distance and prominence. Google's own guidance states that more reviews and positive ratings can help your business's local ranking.

Still have questions?

The best answers come from the conversation itself.

A 30-minute Clarity Call is the fastest way to get specifics about your brand. Miles runs every call personally. No pitch deck, no obligation, just a clear observation about where your brand is landing and what to fix first.
